some villas quoted net rental price which including of taxes however, some of them are still subject to mostly 10% government tax & 5% service charge

Is it possible to get discount ?
discounted rate may applied for long stays (minimum 10 nights stay) or last minute bookings (less than 7 days prior to arrival)

Are the villas child friendly ?
all of them are suitable for children, although you need to remain cautious around pool edge for getting slippery. we can supply a pool fences to offer some protections, however baby-sitting service is strongly recommended to take care of young children.

What is maximum occupancy in each villa ?
maximum occupancy is 2 person per bedroom. any exceed person is subject to extra charges for additional bed set-up from us$ 30 per unit/night
